MindCloud is an exploration of synthetic vision-scapes, dreamy compositions, which are directly affected by visitors.  A cloud-like cluster of translucent panels floats just above eye level, exposing a moving visual composition, varying between pure abstraction and figurative imagery.  As visitors wave their hands over control stations, the stream of imagery changes — shapes, colors, textures, sounds and images churn in response — allowing some, but not total, control.

Scott Keva James is a Seattle-based audio/visual artist who works primarily with found imagery and light to create interactive installations and live visual performances. He has a keen interest in time, texture and flow. In his work lyrical patterns emerge and slide along the continuum between organic and inorganic, nature and artifice, abstract and concrete.
