Please join with us in making Portland sparkle and shimmer for our fourth year.
PDXWLF is an annual outdoor winter art festival that will feature interactive light-based art installations throughout Portland the 7-9th of February, 2019. We invite artists and creators of all types to submit ideas for outdoor-ready light-art installations that engage, surprise and delight audience members of all ages. Portland Winter Light Festival builds community by bringing cutting edge light art and technology to diverse audiences, free of charge, while invigorating the City of Portland in February. We intend to change the way that people engage with Portland during the winter by using the power of light art to transform the city-scape.
