PORTLAND WINTER LIGHT FESTIVAL 2022
For the very first time, the Portland Winter Light Festival (PDXWLF) will span nine full nights of light, art, and experiences, taking place at dozens of locations throughout Portland and beyond, with anchor installations at Pioneer Courthouse Square and at the Electric Blocks in Southeast Portland.
Art will be presented in windows, storefronts, and public spaces throughout the city and take the form of:
-
Light-based art installations or sculptures in windows, in front yards, and on porches
-
Creative multimedia experiences
-
Video projections both large and small (and everywhere in-between)
-
And much more!
In 2022 the festival will take place entirely in open-air and outdoor spaces, allowing for plenty of social distancing and minimizing crowds. Attendees should still expect to follow all state and federal COVID-19 guidelines. See our COVID-19 guidelines page for more information.
As always, PDXWLF is an all-ages, free event! If you want to contribute, consider signing up as a Volunteer or Donating today.
